Profile: The heiress of a wealthy and well-reputed family, Viola tends to be a little depressive when faced with what's expected of her - as such, she will (sometimes) take opportunities to break the rules. Her mother died during her early childhood.

Profile: Dorian has absolutely no interest in making friends or being thought of as an even remotely nice guy. Little is known about him.

Profile: Hanne has worked at the Academy since completing her training, but was passed over for the job of Director when Ibson's predecessor died. She has high standards and a strong sense of traditionalism.

Profile: Nova is the youngest instructor currently to be employed at the Academy. Although apparently rash and reckless, Nova's unorthodox teaching methods are rarely unsuccessful.

Profile: Little is known about the recently-appointed Director, and nobody seems to remember him as a trainee at the Academy. He seems keen to rewrite long-held rules, being the first Director in the school's history to admit a trainee who does not hold a runic crest.

Profile: The daughter of extremely wealthy nobility, Judith is infuriated by anything which does not fit her family's vision of how the world 'should' be. She is reasonably intelligent but rarely makes an effort to show it.

Profile: Phoebe runs a food stall for travellers near her hometown, and has raised Pandora for several years. Although she dislikes and mistrusts summoners, she owed a debt to one a long time ago.

Profile: Viola's father, who spends little time at home and whose exact business is unknown. He has an almost violent distrust of those without his pedigree, apparently originating from the murder of his wife.

Profile: This masked summoner rescued Pandora from a tight spot when she was young, and introduced her to Phoebe. He promised to see her again when she herself was a great summoner; they have not seen each other since.
